Mitbewohner:
Du wirst mit Rita zusammenwohnen. Da sie sehr viel arbeitet ist sie unter der Woche kaum in der Wohnung bzw. kommt erst spät abends heim. Aber einn Glas Wein wird sie gern mit dir trinken wenn sie da ist.

Ideale Kanditaten:
Es handelt sich im eine Berufstätigen WG weshalb Studierende nicht in Betracht gezogen werden. Aussnahme phd-Studierende. Alter: 26+. Nichraucher

Room in a working shared apartment
Location:
The shared apartment is located in district 4 Wiedikon near the train station. There are numerous small restaurants and bars as well as shops for everyday needs in the area. You can't hear any street noise thanks to the surrounding buildings.

Apartment:
bathroom with bathtub, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, living room with sofa and TV, laminate flooring, use of washing machine in the basement. Everything is included in the additional costs: internet, washing machine, electricity, water, heating.
Washing machine and dryer are in the basement.

Room:
A room of approx. 12 square meters is rented in a modern apartment (see pictures).
The furniture in the room must be taken over when you move in: bed, mattress, wardrobe (twice), table, cupboard and bedside table. All together CHF 800.

Roommate:
You will live with Rita. Since she works a lot, she is hardly at home during the week and only comes home late in the evening. But if she is there she would drink a Glas of wine with you for sure.

Ideal candidates:
This is a shared apartment for working people, which is why students are not considered except phd-students. age: +26, Non-Smoker
