Per 1. Dezember 2026 wird in unserer WG ein Zimmer frei. Wir suchen jemanden, der langfristig bleiben möchte und mit Kunal in den Hauptmietvertrag einsteigt.
**Die Wohnung**
3-Zimmer-Wohnung, 57 m², 2. OG (kein Lift), 5 Parteien im Haus. Zwei Schlafzimmer (ca. 16 und 19 m²): Kunal bewohnt eines, das andere mit Balkon wird frei. Das dritte, kleinere Zimmer (ca. 10 m²) ist als Gemeinschaftszimmer eingerichtet, mit Tisch und Monitor (Fernsehen über die TV-Box, die im Internet-Abo enthalten ist). Küche und Bad werden gemeinsam genutzt, in der Küche gibt es einen Glaskeramikherd mit Backofen. Parkett- und Laminatböden, Einbauschrank, gepflegter, einfacher Wohnstandard. **Lage**
5 Gehminuten bis zur S-Bahn-Station Tiefenau, in weiteren 5 Minuten bist du in der Berner Innenstadt. Die Aare liegt gleich nebenan: Im Sommer gehst du zu Fuss zur Aareschleife, schwimmst die Schleife (ca. 20 Min.), gehst durch die Fussgängerunterführung zurück und schwimmst gleich nochmal.
**Konditionen**
CHF 750. pro Person und Monat, alles inklusive (Mietzins, Nebenkosten, Strom, Wasser, Internet inkl. TV-Box, Serafe). Ihr steht beide im Hauptmietvertrag und haftet gemeinsam für die ganze Miete (solidarische Haftung). Die Aufnahme in den Vertrag braucht die Zustimmung der Verwaltung (Iseli & Partner). Kaution gemäss Vorgabe der Verwaltung. Keine Haustiere, Nichtraucher bevorzugt.
**Dein künftiger Mitbewohner: Kunal (26)**
Kunal kommt aus Indien, lebt und arbeitet in Bern und baut sich hier seine Zukunft auf. Er ist locker, freundlich und respektvoll, lernt gern neue Leute und Kulturen kennen und lacht und erzählt gern. Ruhige Momente und Freiraum schätzt er genauso. In seiner Freizeit spielt er Fussball, schwimmt und ist gern draussen. Er kocht leidenschaftlich gern, besonders indisch-vegetarisch, und teilt sein Essen gern. Er besucht einen Deutschkurs. Sein Deutsch ist noch einfach, Englisch funktioniert problemlos.
**Wir wünschen uns**
Eine zuverlässige, respektvolle und offene Person, die die Wohnung langfristig als Zuhause sieht. Alter und Geschlecht spielen keine Rolle. Für den Mietvertrag brauchen wir Angaben zu Beruf und festem Einkommen (Nachweis bei Vertragsabschluss).

**Long-term flatmate wanted: room in a 3-room flat by the Aare, Bern (Tiefenau), from 1 Dec 2026**
A room in our flat share becomes available on 1 December 2026. We're looking for someone who wants to stay long-term and will join the main rental contract together with Kunal.
**The flat**
3-room flat, 57 m², 2nd floor (no lift), 5 households in the building. Two bedrooms (about 16 and 19 m²): Kunal lives in one, the other, with a balcony, becomes available. The third, smaller room (about 10 m²) is set up as a shared living room, with a table and a monitor (TV via the TV box that comes with the internet subscription). Kitchen and bathroom are shared; the kitchen has a ceramic hob with oven. Parquet and laminate floors, built-in wardrobe, well-kept, simple standard. The photos show the empty flat.
**Location**
5 minutes on foot to Tiefenau S-Bahn station, and another 5 minutes to Bern's old town. The Aare is right next door. In summer you can walk to the river bend, swim the loop (about 20 min), walk back through the pedestrian underpass and swim it again.
**Terms**
CHF 750 per person per month, all inclusive (rent, service charges, electricity, water, internet incl. TV box, TV/radio licence fee). You will both be on the main rental contract and jointly liable for the full rent (joint and several liability). Joining the contract requires approval by the property manager (Iseli & Partner). Deposit as required by the property manager. No pets, non-smokers preferred.
**Your future flatmate: Kunal (26)**
Kunal is originally from India and lives and works in Bern, where he is building his future. He's easygoing, friendly and respectful, enjoys meeting people and learning about other cultures, and likes a good laugh and a chat. He also values quiet time and personal space. He plays football, swims and loves being outdoors. He loves cooking, especially Indian vegetarian food, and is always happy to share a meal. He's currently taking German courses to improve his language skills.
**What we're looking for**
A reliable, respectful and open-minded person who sees the flat as a long-term home. Age and gender don't matter. For the rental contract we need details of your job and a stable income (proof required when signing).
