In unserer grossen, internationalen WG im Schönbühlquartier in Luzern wird ein möbliertes Zimmer frei!
Unser Haus gehört zur **Music Box Dependance** und beherbergt eine bunte Mischung aus Menschen unterschiedlicher Herkunft, darunter viele Musiker und kreative Köpfe. Die Atmosphäre ist unkompliziert, entspannt und offen. Man kann gemeinsam Zeit verbringen, aber genauso gut sein eigenes Ding machen.
Musik gehört bei uns zum Alltag! Auch wenn es keinen separaten Flügelraum mehr gibt, wohnen weiterhin viele Musiker im Haus, und Üben ist grundsätzlich möglich.
Das Haus
Das Haus liegt an der **Studhaldenhöhe 12a**, in der Nähe des Einkaufszentrums Schönbühl und der Bushaltestelle.
Es bietet viel Platz und folgende Ausstattung:

* Grosse Gemeinschaftsräume und Küche
* Vier Badezimmer
* Eigene Waschküche mit Waschmaschine
* Viel Platz zum Aufhängen und Trocknen der Wäsche
* Vorplatz / Terrasse

**Miete: CHF 600 pro Monat, alles inklusive!** Nebenkosten, Internet und Serafe sind bereits im Mietpreis enthalten.

Wen wir suchen
Wir sind eine internationale, bunt gemischte WG und freuen uns über Menschen, die offen, unkompliziert und selbstständig sind. Du musst nicht Musik studieren, um dich bei uns wohlzufühlen!
Wichtig ist uns ein **respektvolles, verantwortungsbewusstes und sauberes Zusammenleben** .
Da wir ein grosses Haus mit vielen Bewohnern sind, ist es besonders wichtig, dass alle ihre Haushaltsaufgaben ernst nehmen und zuverlässig erledigen. Wenn jede Person ihren Teil beiträgt, bleibt die Arbeit für alle überschaubar und niemand muss ständig hinter anderen herräumen.
Einzug und Mietdauer
**Einzug möglichst ab 16. Oktober 2026 oder so bald wie möglich danach.**
Die gesamte WG ist als Zwischennutzung **bis Juli 2027 befristet** .

Furnished Room in an International Musicians' Shared House in Lucerne CHF 600 All Inclusive

A furnished room is becoming available in our large, international shared house in the Schönbühl neighbourhood of Lucerne!
Our house is part of the **Music Box Dependance** and is home to a colourful mix of people from different countries and backgrounds, including plenty of musicians and creative people.
The atmosphere is relaxed, friendly and easy-going. There's always the opportunity to socialise, but everyone is equally free to do their own thing and focus on their own life.
Music is very much part of the house! Although we no longer have a separate grand piano room, plenty of musicians still live here, and practising your instrument is generally possible.
The House
The house is located at **Studhaldenhöhe 12a**, near the Schönbühl shopping centre and a bus stop.
There's plenty of space, including:



* Furnished bedroom
* Spacious communal areas and kitchen
* Four bathrooms
* Dedicated laundry room with washing machine
* Lots of space for hanging and drying laundry
* Porch / terrace
* Cellar and storage space
* Wi-Fi

**Rent: CHF 600 per month, ALL INCLUSIVE!** Utilities, internet and the Swiss broadcasting fee (Serafe) are all included.
Please note: The room shown in the photo is not the exact room available, but a comparable room in the same house with similar dimensions and furnishings.
Who We're Looking For
We're a diverse, international household and would love to welcome someone who is open-minded, easy-going and independent. You absolutely don't need to be a music student to fit in!
What matters most to us is **respectful, responsible and clean communal living** .
Because it's a large house with quite a few people, it's especially important that everyone takes their household chores seriously and does their fair share. When everyone contributes, keeping the place clean is easy, and nobody ends up having to clean up after everyone else.
We're looking for someone who understands that balance: happy to live alongside others while also taking responsibility for their own space and shared surroundings.
Move-in and Rental Period
**Ideally available from 16 October 2026, or as soon as possible afterwards.**
The entire shared house is a temporary housing arrangement, with the tenancy **ending in July 2027** .
