Diese Wohnung ist komplett möbliert, sehr neu, frisch gereinigt und ready to live.

Moderne Küche: Offen gestaltet mit hochwertigen Geräten und einer Kochinsel.

Eigener Waschturm: Waschmaschine und Trockner befinden sich im praktischen, separaten Reduit (Abstellraum).

Kellerabteil: Kann nach Vereinbarung zur Verfügung gestellt werden.

Top Komfort: Das Gebäude verfügt über einen Lift, ist nach Minergie-Standard gebaut und besitzt eine hervorragende, schalldichte Isolierung für einen ruhigen Schlaf.

Aussicht: Geniesse den weiten, befreienden Blick aus den hellen Räumen mit grossen Fenstern.

Perfekte Lage und Mobilität (ohne Auto hervorragend): Die Wohnung liegt ruhig und dennoch extrem zentral. Du kommst hier ohne Auto problemlos klar: ÖV direkt vor der Tür: Die Limmattalbahn hält direkt vor dem Gebäude und fährt unter anderem nach Zürich Altstetten. In nur 30 Minuten bist du am Zürich HB oder in Baden.

Einkauf und Freizeit: Das Einkaufszentrum Shoppi Tivoli und Ikea sind nur 2 Gehminuten entfernt. Das Kino Pathé sowie verschiedene Restaurants befinden sich in Fussminuten entfernt.

Für Autofahrer: Ein Autobahnanschluss ist in unmittelbarer Nähe. Ein fixer Parkplatz müsste separat abgeklärt werden; für Gäste gibt es ein öffentliches Parkhaus im Gebäude.

Wer wird gesucht?Die Wohnung wird bevorzugt an eine Einzelperson vermietet. Ich suche eine sehr saubere, ruhige und hygienische Person ohne Haustiere, bei der ich mein Apartment in guten Händen weiss und die ein Händchen für die Pflege meiner Zimmerpflanzen hat.

Gut zu wissen (Support vor Ort):Sollte während der Mietdauer etwas sein, bin ich für dich jederzeit via WhatsApp erreichbar. Zudem gibt es während meiner Abwesenheit eine feste Ansprechperson direkt vor Ort in der Nähe des Gebäudes, die bei Bedarf aushelfen kann.

Mietdauer und Konditionen:

Zeitraum: Ca. Mitte Dezember 2026 bis Mitte Mai 2027 (genaues Datum nach Vereinbarung).

Ausstattung: Voll möbliert und komplett ausgestattet. Du darfst die Küchenutensilien, Putzzeug und Gewürze gerne mitnutzen.

Mietpreis: Der pauschale Mietpreis basiert auf der Originalmiete zuzüglich eines Möblierungszuschlags. Highspeed-Internet, TV-Anschluss und die Serafe-Gebühren sind im Preis bereits voll einkalkuliert.

Elektrizität (Strom): Die Stromkosten sind nicht im Pauschalpreis enthalten. Sobald die Abrechnung für das Elektrizitätswerk eintrifft (ca. 25-35 CHF pro Monat) wird dir der Betrag für den exakt genutzten Zeitraum separat weiterverrechnet.

Kaution: Eine Kaution ist vor dem Einzug als Sicherheit für allfällige Schäden zu hinterlegen und wird nach der Untermiete wieder freigegeben.

I am subletting my beloved, newly moved-in 2.5-room apartment on the 6th floor in 8957 Spreitenbach, as I will be abroad for 5 months.

This apartment is completely furnished, brand new, deeply cleaned, and ready to live.

Apartment Highlights:

Modern kitchen: Open-plan design with high-end appliances and a cooking island.

Private washing machine & dryer: Located in a practical, separate storage room (Reduit).

Cellar storage: Can be provided upon agreement.

Top comfort: The building features an elevator, is built according to the Minergie standard, and has excellent, soundproof walls for a peaceful sleep.

View: Enjoy the wide, liberating view from the bright rooms with large windows.

Perfect location and mobility (excellent without a car): The apartment is situated in a quiet yet extremely central location. You can easily manage here without a car. Public transport right outside the door: The Limmattalbahn (tram) stops directly in front of the building and runs to Zurich Altstetten, among other destinations. You can reach Zurich Main Station (HB) or Baden in just 30 minutes.

Shopping and leisure: The Shoppi Tivoli shopping center and Ikea are just a 2-minute walk away. The Pathé cinema and various restaurants are located just a few minutes' walk away.

For drivers: A highway connection is in the immediate vicinity. A permanent parking space would need to be checked separately; a public parking garage is available in the building for guests.

Ideal Subletter:The apartment is preferably rented out to a single person. I am looking for a very clean, quiet, and hygienic person with no pets, so I know my apartment is in good hands, and who has a green thumb to take care of my house plants.

Good to Know (Local Support):If there is support needed during the rental period, I can be reached via WhatsApp at any time. Additionally, a dedicated contact person will be available locally near the building to help out if needed during my absence.

Rental Period and Conditions:

Period: From approx. mid-December 2026 to mid-May 2027 (exact dates upon agreement).

Features: Fully furnished and fully equipped. You are welcome to use the kitchen utensils, cleaning supplies, and spices.

Rent: The flat-rate rent is based on the original rent plus a furnishing surcharge. High-speed internet, TV connection, and Serafe fees (radio/TV licenses) are already fully included in the price.

Electricity: Electricity costs are not included in the flat-rate price. As soon as the bill from the electric utility company arrives (approx. 25-35 CHF monthly), the amount for your exact period of use will be billed to you separately.

Deposit: A security deposit must be paid prior to move-in as security for potential damages and will be released again after the sublet period.
