Hallo zusammen!(English down below!)

Es handelt sich um ein äusserst zentral gelegenes Zimmer, mit flexiblem Einzugstermin zwischen dem 1. und 15. November. (Das hängt davon ab, wann ich den Schlüssel für meine neue Wohnung bekomme.)

Das Zimmer ist ca. 13 m² groß (siehe Grundriss).

Das Zimmer liegt 2 Minuten von der Strassenbahnhaltestelle Hedwigsteig entfernt. Nach Zürich HB und nach Stadelhofen sind es jeweils 10 Minuten, die Strassenbahn fährt alle 10 Minuten.

Das Zimmer ist frisch renoviert und kostet 890 CHF pro Monat. In der Miete sind alle Nebenkosten sowie die wöchentliche Reinigung der Gemeinschaftsräume und das Internet enthalten.

Die Küche ist mit einem neuen Herd, Backofen und Kühlschrank sowie viel Stauraum ausgestattet.

Es gibt drei weitere Mitbewohner. Das Besondere daran ist, dass jeder eine eigene Tür hat, die man selbst abschließen kann, sowie ein Regal im Flur, das man ebenfalls selbst abschließen kann und das viel Stauraum bietet. Es gibt keine Eingangstür. (Siehe Bilder)Zwei von die Mitbewohner arbeiten in der Versicherungsbranche und sind nicht oft hier, eine weitere Person ist Student an der ETH.

Die Kaution beträgt das Zweifache der Miete. Im Keller gibt es eine Waschmaschine und einen Trockner, es gibt keinen festen Waschplan.Das Zimmer befindet sich im (3.) obersten Stockwerk, es gibt keinen Aufzug. Supermarkt und Fitnessstudio befinden sich in der Nähe am Kreuzplatz. Einzige Möbel können übernommen werden.

Hi everyone!There will be a very central room available with flexible moving in date from the 1st to the 15th of November. Depending on when I get the key for my new place.

It's an approximately 13m2 room, 2 min away from the tramstop Hedwigsteig. 10 min to Zürich HB and 10 min to Stadelhofen with trams every 10 min. The room is newly renovated and costs 890chf per month. The rent includes all extra costs plus weekly cleaning of the shared facilities and Internet. The kitchen is equipped with a new stove, oven and fridge and lots of storage space. There are three other people. The special thing is that you all have your own door that you can lock yourself and you have a shelf in the hallway that you can lock yourself as well with lots of storage space. There is no front door. See pictures.Two are working in insurance and are not often here and one other person is a student at the ETH.The deposit is two times the rent. There is a washing machine and a tumbler in the basement, there is no strict washing plan.The room is on the (3rd) top floor, there is no elevator. Supermarket and gym (Aktiv Fitness) are closeby at Kreuzplatz.
