Hi! I'm looking for someone to share my apartment close to the Signaustrasse tram stop in Seefeld.

The available room is spacious and unfurnished. The apartment has a shared kitchen, hallway, bathroom, and separate restroom. There are also two storage spaces, bike storage, and laundry facilities in the building.

The location is very central and well connected: around **8 minutes by bike or 15 minutes by tram to ETH Zentrum/HG**, and close to the lake, shops, restaurants, and public transport.

**Rent:** CHF 1,100/month
**Available:** Immediately until end of September 2027

You'd be sharing the apartment with me (21F). I'm doing my Master's in Electrical Engineering and Information Technology at ETH and enjoy sports, coding, and spending time with friends. I also have a friendly (and chill) cat named Linux.

I'm looking for someone friendly, clean, respectful, and easygoing who would enjoy sharing the space.
