Looking for a FEMALE flatmate from the 21st of September 2026 for my beautiful room in our shared Apartment in District 3 for 6 weeks (1,5 months).

No couples, no males. The apartment has several highlights:

-a bright, separate kitchen
-a fully equipped bathroom
-a washing machine and dryer in the basement
-the big balcony is also particularly lovely, offering stunning sunsets and views of the Uetliberg mountain

The location is excellent: Supermarkets are just a 1-3 minute walk away, as are Cafes and Tram/Bus stops. The main train station is about 10 minutes away. The apartment is located in the heart of Zurich and features 3 beautiful bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and a spacious bathroom.

The common areas are shared with a 33 y/o female and a 30 y/o male, with a healthy and positive atmosphere. Despite the very central location (right next to many restaurants, bars, cinemas, Migros/Coop/Lidl).

The kitchen is fully equipped (dishwasher included), and there is multiple washing machines and dryer in the basement shared with the other apartments of the building (with a schedule, mostly once per week!).

The room comes fully furnished (but still not very loud, due to isolating windows) - there are also blinds and curtains, a wardrobe system for all your clothing and a desk. The bed is 200x180 and very comfortable. The rent includes high speed internet, water, electricity, heating and the weekly usage of the washing machines.

The roommates are both very friendly, but busy with their jobs. If we have time, we like to go to the lake or cool events (or spontaneously do things together like having dinner and wine), but we also value our privacy and having independent lives, as we both work full time. Nevertheless we maintain daily the cleaniness of the flat, to ensure a comfortable and clean life quality. We expect the same from our future flatmate.

Wir suchen eine neue Mitbewohnerin (25 bis 40 Jahre alt) für ein frei werdendes Zimmer in unserer 3er WG im 3. Bezirk Die Wohnung hat einiges zu bieten: eine helle, separate Küche, ein Badezimmer, eine Waschmaschine und einen Trockner im Keller sowie einen geräumigen Abstellraum im Keller. Besonders schön ist der Balkon mit seinen atemberaubenden Sonnenuntergängen und dem Blick auf den Uetliberg. Die Lage ist hervorragend: Supermärkte, Cafés sowie Straßenbahn- und Bushaltestellen sind nur 1 bis 3 Gehminuten entfernt. Der Hauptbahnhof ist in etwa 10 Minuten zu erreichen. Das Zimmer ist mit einem 1,80 x 2,00 m großen Bett (inkl. Matratze und Lattenrost), einem Kleiderwandsystem, Vorhängen und einem Schreibtisch ausgestattet.

750 Sept. plus 1500 Okt. = 2.250 Miete fällig beim Einzug

Falls in diesen 1,5 Monaten das Zusammenleben gut harmoniert, können wir eventuell eine längerfristige Wohngemeinschaft in Betracht ziehen. :)

Wir suchen eine weibliche Mitbewohnerin, mit der das Zusammenleben unkompliziert, respektvoll und angenehm funktioniert. Wir müssen nicht ständig gemeinsam etwas unternehmen ein nettes Gespräch oder gelegentlich gemeinsam Abendessen darf aber natürlich dazugehören.

Unter der Woche haben wir einen eher frühen Rhythmus. Uns ist deshalb wichtig, dass es ab ca. 21 Uhr in der Wohnung ruhig ist. Das bedeutet nicht, dass man auf Zehenspitzen herumlaufen muss einfach gegenseitige Rücksichtnahme und keine lauten Abende unter der Woche.

Ideal wäre eine gepflegte, unkomplizierte und selbstständige Person ab ca. 30 Jahren, gerne berufstätig. Das Zimmer könnte auch sehr gut für Wochenaufenthalter:innen passen.

* Nichtraucherin kein Rauchen in der Wohnung.
* keine Haustiere
* keine Musikinstrumente
* respektvoller Umgang mit Wohnung, Einrichtung und Nachbarschaft
* eher ruhiger Lebensstil, insbesondere unter der Woche
