Il soggiorno è luminoso, con parquet, camino, zona pranzo e un divano. Una camera ha il letto matrimoniale, un armadio depoca e la vista sul lago; laltra ha due letti singoli. La cucina è attrezzata (piano cottura, lavello, frigorifero, lavatrice) e affaccia sulla stessa vista. I bagni sono due; uno ha vasca con doccia, bidè e finestra sulle palme.

Lappartamento è completamente arredato; se serve, larredo si può adattare.

La fermata del bus è a un minuto a piedi. Il bus ci mette 8 minuti per il centro di Lugano; il lago è a 1015 minuti a piedi. Intorno ci sono sentieri e natura. A ottobre qui è ancora mite: si sta fuori sul terrazzo senza fretta.

Das Wohnzimmer ist hell, mit Parkett, Kamin, Essbereich und Sofa. Ein Zimmer hat ein Doppelbett, einen antiken Schrank und Seesicht; das andere zwei Einzelbetten. Die Küche ist eingerichtet (Kochfeld, Spüle, Kühlschrank, Waschmaschine) und hat denselben Ausblick. Es gibt zwei Badezimmer; eines mit Badewanne und Dusche, Bidet und Fenster zu den Palmen.

Die Wohnung ist vollständig möbliert; die Möbel können bei Bedarf angepasst werden.

Die Bushaltestelle ist eine Minute zu Fuss. Der Bus braucht 8 Minuten ins Zentrum von Lugano; der See ist 1015 Minuten zu Fuss. Rundherum Wanderwege und Natur. Im Oktober ist es hier noch mild: man sitzt ohne Weiteres draussen auf der Terrasse.

Two bedrooms, four beds, two bathrooms, a kitchen, and a living room with a fireplace and a wooden ceiling. Terrace with a table and umbrella, looking out over the lake, the village rooftops, and the mountains.

The living room is bright, with parquet floors, a fireplace, a dining area, and a sofa. One bedroom has a double bed, an antique wardrobe, and a lake view; the other has two single beds. The kitchen is equipped (hob, sink, fridge, washing machine) and faces the same view. There are two bathrooms; one has a bathtub with shower, a bidet, and a window onto the palm trees.

The apartment is fully furnished; the furniture can be changed if needed.

The bus stop is a one-minute walk. The bus takes 8 minutes to the centre of Lugano; the lake is 1015 minutes on foot. Hiking trails and nature all around. In October it is still mild here: you can sit outside on the terrace without rushing indoors.
