Das Zimmer ist ab dem 1.Oktober 2026 bis April 2027 verfügbar. Oder neues Jahr. Eine moderne wohnug hat es eine zimmer mit einem Bett, einem Schreibtisch und einem Kleiderschrank ausgestattet.

Die WG besteht aus vier Räumen: drei Schlafzimmern und einem grossen Wohnzimmer. Es gibt eine moderne Küche mit Geschirrspüler und ein separates WC. Die Wohnung ist sehr hell. Ausserdem gibt es zwei Balkone. Im Garten befindet sich ein Grillplatz.

Derzeit wohnen zwei Frauen in der WG. Einzige Bedingung: Rauchen ist absolut verboten. Haustiere sind nicht erlaubt.

Die Wohnung ist von folgenden Orten aus bequem zu Fuss erreichbar: Inselspital, fast alle Uni. Hauptbahnhof (HB) 7 Minuten, Bushaltestelle 2 Minuten, Apotheke 2 Minuten, Coop-Supermarkt 2 Minuten und Migros-Supermarkt 5 Minuten. Die Post ist in 3 Minuten erreichbar.

Die Miete beträgt CHF 800.( Elektirik+Heizung) Eine Monatsmiete und ein monat miet geld + Kaution ist erforderlich.

The room is available from October 1, 2026, until April 2027 or the new year. The modern apartment has a room furnished with a bed, a desk, and a wardrobe.

The shared apartment consists of four rooms: three bedrooms and a large living room. There is a modern kitchen with a dishwasher and a separate toilet. The apartment is very bright. There are also two balconies. A barbecue area is available in the garden.

Currently, two women live in the shared apartment. The only condition: Smoking is strictly prohibited. Pets are not allowed.

The apartment is within easy walking distance of the following locations: Inselspital (University Hospital), almost all university buildings, the main train station (HB) (7 minutes), the bus stop (2 minutes), the pharmacy (2 minutes), the Coop supermarket (2 minutes), and the Migros supermarket (5 minutes). The post office is a 3-minute walk away.

The rent is CHF 800 (including electricity and heating). One month's rent plus a security deposit is required.
