Ich bin etwas introvertiert und fänden es super, wenn die zweite Person auch eher ein bisschen so wäre.
Gerne baue ich aus Holz alles Mögliche für meine Meerschweinchen und den Gemüsebalkon.
Da ich Haustiere habe, wäre es ideal, wenn du keine Tierhaarallergie hast. Rauchen ist verboten in der Wohnung.

Die Miete mit Nebenkosten und Elektrizität ist 1165.-, dazu kommen noch Internet, Möblierung, Hausratversicherung, Abfall-Kosten, WC-Papier, Putzmittel, etc. ist 1350.-
Kaution: 2700.- (zwei Monatsmieten. Bekommst du am Ende zurück, wenn alles gut ist)
